We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Brand Experience Manager to join our marketing & communications team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our social media strategy while also coordinating and managing community events, including launch events and partner engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, event planning, and business partner relationships.
Among the main responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance Swiss4’s online presence and engage our target audience.
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage the online community.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools to optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure Swiss4.0 remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
Events Coordination
- Plan and execute a variety of community events, including product launches, webinars, workshops, and partner collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics, including venue selection, catering, invitations, and technology setup.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, sponsors, and industry stakeholders to enhance collaboration opportunities.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective event planning.
- Evaluate the success of events through post-event surveys and analysis, making improvements for future engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and event planning, preferably in the financial services or luxury management sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in German and business proficiency in English.

We are looking for a Junior Operation Officer who is highly motivated and detail oriented. This entry-level position will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth payment processes and compliance with national and international regulations, particularly related to SWIFT, SIC, SEPA, GTExchange and GTSanction. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of these processes and a willingness to help the organization grow.
• Payment Processing: Facilitate, coordinate, and implement efficient payment processing, including domestic and international transactions through SIC, SWIFT and SEPA systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with established guidelines.
• Data Entry and Documentation: Ensure precise and organized data entry of transaction details and maintain accurate records for auditing purposes. Technical and regulatory monitoring of activities.
• Error Resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors related to payments and transactions.
• Support: Provide support to internal and external individuals regarding payment-related inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Set up, develop, and maintain relationships with counterparts and other service providers to establish, support and extend bank activity (i.e.: SWIFT, SEPA, SIC, EuroSIC, PSP).
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the identification of process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks. Performing quality controls, reconciliation and monitor production of KPIs.
• Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with other team members to achieve collective goals and ensure seamless operations within the department. Ensuring reliable external reporting to the various organizations and internal reporting to the Executive Management.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered preferably in Banking Operations.
• Knowledge of Payment Processes: Experience with SWIFT, SIC and SEPA payment systems and payment reconciliation. Prior exposure to GTExchange and GTSanction is advantageous.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to meticulously review and analyze payment data.
• Adaptability and Learning: Demonstrated willingness to learn new systems and processes, adapting to evolving industry requirements.
• Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

We are looking for a Client Officer who will provide the best customer service for our clients.
General duties
- Ensuring a positive, professional, and great client service experience.
- Managing client inquiries via phone, email, and text message.
- Understanding client needs to solve their problems efficiently and proactively.
- Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Providing clients with technical assistance on products and services.
- Documenting calls and filing written reports.
- Reporting to a group manager and working with the team to achieve targets.
- Attending meetings and training programs.
AML inquiries
- General Front support to the Compliance Department on KYC/AML inquiries.
- Contacting the clients in relation to queries such as: account opening clarifications, client due diligence (name screening, transaction monitoring) and KYC/ client data updates.
- Ensure appropriate filing of documentation and/or clarifications obtained.
- Promptly notify the Compliance Department of any issue raised during the client onboarding process.
Business development
- Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps.
- Keeping track of new products on offer, as well as emerging trends in client services.
- Recommending product improvements based on client services feedback.
- Banking training or equivalent.
- Knowledges of KYC/AML Swiss standards.
- Certification in customer relations, customer services, or similar would be advantageous.
- French, English and/or German as a mother tongue and an excellent level in another of these languages is an asset.
- 2-3 years of experience in client services in Finance.
- Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient, and friendly client services.
- Client service oriented with a constant concern for quality.
- Advanced ability to provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
- Fast learner and ability to quickly become familiar with new IT systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
